Fill a skillet, frying pan or pot with vegetable oil. Make sure there is at least an inch on the bottom of the pan. Heat oil.
Mix cinnamon and sugar into a bowl. Set aside
Rip each biscuit into fours. Roll each piece into a ball.
Fry the biscuit balls until golden brown. Turn to make sure they are golden brown on all sides.
Place the biscuit balls on a plate with a papertowel to soak up the remaining oil.
Roll each donut in the cinnamon and sugar.
